RENTALS
Self-catering house. Double storey, 12 sleeper, spacious stunning lagoon view, four bedrooms, fully furnished house and minutes away from the lagoon in Langebaan. The house has four bedrooms with two of it en-suite . House is equipped with two double beds,six single beds and a double sleeper couch. Built-in braai in the house and another braai-place on the second balcony. Fully fitted kitchen with all the major appliances in it. Lounge and a dining area in the house.TV room equipped with DSTV (no need to bring smart card) and DVD player. Bedding, cutlery and crockery are provided.
Rate per night Rate per night is R1200.00 for 12 people a weekend untill end of September. During the week half price @ R600.00 per night. Easter weekend BOOKED ! Rate per night for long weekends @ R1500.00. New rate from October per night will be R1300.00 for 12 people and R1150.00 for 10 people. Rate for December per night @ R1500.00 per night. A R1000.00 deposit will secure your reservation. An additional refundable R500-00 key deposit (for any breakage that might occur) and a cleaning fee of R200.00 is also required and must be paid along with the balance of the rent on your arrival or paid into bank account. The key deposit will be refunded within three working days after departure. Please note that I can't hold on to your booking without a deposit ! DO NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE (children included) that you have booked for, since you pay according to the numbers accommodated! Cancellations
