Self-catering house. Double storey, 10 sleeper, spacious stunning lagoon view, four bedrooms, fully furnished house and minutes away from the lagoon in Langebaan. The house has four bedrooms with two of it en-suite . House is equipped with two double beds and six single beds. Built-in braai in the house and another braai-place on the second balcony. Fully fitted kitchen with all the major appliances in it. Lounge and a dining area in the house.TV room equipped with DSTV (no need to bring smart card) and DVD player. Bedding, cutlery and crockery are provided.
Minimum 2 night stay JANUARY AND FEBRUARY SPECIAL - 10 PEOPLE PER NIGHT @ R1300.00 BOOK A THIRD NIGHT AND PAY HALF PRICE. EASTER AVAILABLE @ R1600 A NIGHT AND LONG WEEKENDS. A R1000.00 deposit will secure your reservation. An additional refundable R500-00 key deposit (for any breakage that might occur) and a cleaning fee of R200.00 is also required and must be paid along with the balance of the rent on your arrival or paid into bank account. The key deposit will be refunded within three working days after departure. Please note that I can't hold on to your booking without a deposit ! PLEASE ADHERE TO THE HOUSE RULES, IF NOT WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND!! Cancellations
